Assyst schedule?

Hi all,
Not sure this has been mentioned before but my C220 CDI is just over 2yrs old. Its last service was September last year which was an "A".
Next service indicated on Assyst is due in 12,000 odd miles and is a "B" major.
I got a card through the door from MB saying their records show a service is due - - I guess this is an "A" and its 12 months?
Does the Assyst not take time into account then?

Replying to own thread!!
I got a call from MB to say not to worry about their card advising of service and just wait till the car "Tells" me on the display
I should listen to my car more often

Yes, I think the service schedule changes according to the way its driven and miles. My next service was due in 12000 miles now its gone up to 14000.
