ATF Dipsticks W124 W126

Hi,
Just completed an ATF change on my W124, when replacing the fluid i noticed my Dipstick has a the part number on it beginning with 126.

Have I got the wrong dipstick?

My Auto box is a 4 speed bolted to the M102 engine

Not according to this Êàòàëîã if its A1262700083. Mercedes use lots of legacy parts from other models W201 parts are common on W124 for example

So i have the correct dipstick? I'm sure my P/N goes something like 126--------83

You will find many many parts like that as there are so many common items between the different models. Consumables especially.
