Hi Adam,

Welcome to the forum.

I don't have the code for your radio but have you looked in the documentation for the car - eg service book or owner's manuals, I'd expect it to be in there?

If not you could call in on your local dealer after the weekend, I'm sure they'd help you :)

Good luck,

Will

As Television says: go to the dealer (have the V5C with you), they will look the code up for you.

There is no code for these head units.

It needs to be re-set on a star.

Try removing it and taking the plug out of the back for 10 mins or just remove the fuse for it.

I thought that maybe I was wrong when I said coded once from new after 2001, so thanks this is how you reset them on ´Star

I did not get the Star part (not the first one I've missed). My W210 had an Audio 10 unit with a security code, so it was coded from the factory.

What sort of the theft protection is it if it is sufficient to keep the device not powered for to minutes? Do they assume that thieves are normally faster than that, including selling and installing the device to another car (this question was more for BlackC55)?
