Old post i realise but being new to Mercedes i came accross various articles regarding the aux socket or rather the lack of. I Decided i would like to have the socket and according to my unit when i pressed the cdc button the available option came up so off i popped to my local mercedes dealer to ask about getting an official cable. The dealer checked my car on his system and informed me my car didnt have the aux cable fitted and i would also need additional adapters. However i decided to take the trims off and have a look for myself. no cable or plug initially showed up but it was there after all. folded back and tucked away. £2.00 Audio jack socket and a few soldered tabs later and i have a functional Aux working.

Hi. I have a W209 CLK. I am struggling big time to find my aux input connection. I have checked the bunch of cables under the passenger seat but could not find any white connector. The only unused connector I could find was a green one with 2 cables only.

I have searched everywhere online but nobody has suggested that the aux cable can be green. Can anyone help me find the cable please!!!?

Thank you so much for the post and reply.
Am interested in the "Aux-in" cable fitting and the description is quite comprehensive.

The link below seems to show the cable needed
Aux input for cars with Audio-20 or COMAND NTG2 version | W169 A, W245 B, Sprinter, Vito, Viano | COMAND Retrofit parts | Mercedes Retrofits | Comand Online Ltd

I would go for this one if it is available for your car... Just plugs into the quad lock connector (at the top).

Also if fitting in the glove box of the CLK it is really easy as you do not have to remove the glove box as you do on the C Class
