Mine is in for 3 recalls and an audio 20 firmware update today. They tried once but the upgrade didn't make any difference that I could tell.
What is the issue?

No issue just like to always have the latest version. Is it on the merc website for recalls?

I don't know if the recalls are on the website but one of them is for a fuel filter and another one for a transmission software update. I don't know about the third one.
My car is a late 2011 and the recalls were not done before handover. Your car might be ok but it is worthy checking with your dealer. I was surprised mine was not done before handover and I told them I wanted a complementary next service to compensate for my time. I got a free B service FOC so pretty happy with the savings.

Have you got the Becker Nav fitted?. If so, you can do the upgrade to it yourself for free via the becker website. Massive improvement on the graphics and interface.

Just checked on this website RecallUK - Mercedes C Class Diesel Fuel Leak Recall and my VIN number falls within, I guess I'll be calling the dealership then...

I upgraded the Becker when I got it about a month ago, don't think there is one since. In regards to the recall, I phoned the deal and he said it hadn't been recalled :/
