Audio 30 - Internal Loose Part

Mmm , The Audio 30 in my SL500 R129 developed a rattle. I removed it , opened the top to find a Triangular
piece of hard clear plastic loose in the interior. Searches and manuals have not helped to find where is is fitted.
Anyone any info on this.??
