auto dim mirror w202 help!

hello i got a w202 1994/95 c180 with a regular mirror without red and green lights and i wonder if i can fit this mirror? i do not have the wiring in the interior lamp for it have had it out and checked but if i can steal power for the mirror somewhere it should work?
if anyone know what and how i would be happy

I think it only needs a live and earth connection. We did one on the 124 and picked up a switched live supply from the cigar lighter feed. Works fine.

it has 3 wires if i remember right so what wire is to what

it is actually 5 wires pink with green stripe,pink with black stripe , pink with red stripe,grey with blue stripe and one brown wire..

I believe two of pink wires will be for the drivers side dimming glass, assuming that the pink wires are output wires, i would try the brown as earth and the grey/blue as the live.

just wire the two of them? nothing else?
brown to ground and grey/blue to +12v?

should the mirror react when i put a finger over the sensor at the backside of the mirror? if i use a flashlight at the mirror now it works but it does not react when i put a finger over the sensor at the back at the mirror

It should but they can take longer than you expect to adapt.
