Auto Lock Doors

Hi....thought this would be better served in 'how to' but cant seem to post in there?

Anyway...nearly every other MB I have ever owned has had the doors auto lock at about 10mph

I picked up my ML320 at last on Friday and the doors do not lock as above?

Can it be programmed to somehow...I know there is a CL botton on the centre console but for safety would really like them to auto lock upon moving

Auto lock is programmed from the CL button you were talking about, at least in most MB models. Just press "close" for a few seconds (ignition likely has to be on) and "open" to deactivate the function.

The user manual would explain it if the above does not work.

On a C Class this is programmed from a menu option in the computer. Not sure this applies to your car so why not cycle thru all the options. If nothing else you will become familiar with all the options
