Good morning all,

I was hoping someone could help me. I have a 2011 Mercedes E class and the 16 pin cable I have connects my phone for calls etc but doesn't work for music. The screen says Device not compatible. I was wondering if anyone could advise me of a connector or any other component that would allow me to answer calls and listen to music?

I think you have the wrong cable for the car. I found out they had three different model numbers. Two gave me that error message.

The phone works over bluetooth.
