Hi all..
Home now after a 110 mile drive back..
It was great to meet Jason and his collegues..
I think it would be a dealership that Steve (***) would like a lot.. Can you believe it has a cafe in the showroom?? (See photo).

Oh yes I forgot to mention they also have a Red SLS in there..

The journey back was far better than the journey there.. Considering that the springs and shocks are brand new they are still way more comfortable that the "sports" version..
I would certainly not describe the "Comfort" set up as soft.. I would describe it as acceptable rather than unacceptable.
Going over rough bits of road doesnt shake your fillings out....

You will have to allow for labour charges being more or less the same as the price of the materials !
For me it was worth doing. Its slightly higher on the Comfort set up (about 20mm)..
I have cleaned up the old spring / shocks and they look not far off brand new.. They are off a Late December 2008 with 16,000 miles on.
They will be going on eBay soon..
If anyone is interested then please let me know..
I can send decent photos if you let me have your e mail address.

^ Is that a Sytner Mercedes / Jeep dealership in Teeside...

If so that's where we got Mrs A210's 'B' Class from

At the time they had a Black SLS athough locked as people had scuffed and damaged the £8K carbon sill plates as you get it..

We picked the car up with not only a huge array of flowers but Bacon buttys all round!! great :)

Yep..Thats the place..
I have to say that I think they have a refreshing attitude..
My car was mint when I got it back..
I really wasnt joking.. I walked past it because it didnt look like mine !!!:D

How do you like your B class ?

^ I Agree with you

The salemen / overall feel and attitude were all superb.

Made buying the car very easy :)

We love the B class, Its the wife car and changed from a Sporty A class (A210 Evo) so the ride in ours is great, its an SE with sport wheels etc.

The 7 speed automatic is superb makes for a very smooth drive, in fact I liked it so much after buying it I cancelled the Ferry for my ML to take it to Europe and swapped it for this... The room in the boot is slightly more than a new C class estate and the driving position being sat higer is nice.

Drove from Annecy to Chester in One go...on the way back and this is the MPG... twice what my ML would have got. At one point I had 59mpg !!
