it refers to the coolant circulation pump, check the fuse, should be fuse 4 and be perm live, it also feeds the control module at pin 1, if ok then check at pin 1 at the pump for battery voltage if ok again then check the pump pin 2 for the negative control feed.
by checking feeds i would also include volt dropping.
check the pump by checking ohms across pins 1+2 at the pump with the multiplug connector disconnected.
