B200 2010 Noisy

Hi Guys.

Yesterday i purchased a B200 SPORT CDI AUTO for the other half.
After getting it home, and driving it down the motorway, it drives perfectly well but sounds a little noisy. Not a thud like a truck but slightly tappy sound - Any ideas?

Also what Body code is this (I cant work out if it is W245 or W246).

Don't know much about mechanical stuff or engines, but the model type is the first three digits of the VIN - under the windscreen, and on the driver's door sticker (and a few other usual places).

There is extra insulation that can be put under the bonnet to reduce noise.

Its easy to fit, much easier with two people. I've listed it here. All Mercedes genuine parts.
