Becker pilot loading icon only

Hi today I attempted to update my M013 however believe I have now lost my map pack, on the map section in the app under manage I now have no Compatible software version available to install this package. I have tried to reinstall from my pc hard drive which it states is successful however then when attempting to sync it flags package dependency failure, I have tried to call becker however during 2x20min calls no answer, I have also emailed. When u reposition module into car cradle the only thing visible is the becker icon which reboots after a little while only to loop.
Is it possible to just reinstall the u.k. map somehow as required for kids holiday in 10days.

Did you take a backup in the Becker software manager before trying the new firmware, and is this what you are restoring? Or are you re-installing the firmware and maps?

I was purely trying to update the current map pack and other items listed in the content manager, however after the unit failed to respond I tried to restore to a previous moment hoping to return me b4 the error, I have recieved a reply from Becker which tells me there should be a map pack in my data, which us not the case and if not to purchase the latest map pack €90, which is nuts currently only use the Great Britain zone. Is there any options to be able to get hold of the 2017 maps I previously had?

if you don't have a back up (to restore from) , I doubt it
