53 names on the list and only 35 payments. The reason we do this is to stop people just putting names down because they fancy the idea but not actually committing/turning up. We have had so many occasions in previous years where people that really want to come have seen a full list and not come to the event, only to find 30 people on the list haven't turned up!

You will also have lanyards made and ready to collect on the day if you have made your payment, and all of the event information sent to you by email. If you have not made your payment, I dont have the information I need to do this.

If your name is on the list and you have not paid, YOU DO NOT HAVE A SPACE ON THE FIELD AND WILL GO TO THE BACK OF THE QUE ON THE DAY AND ONLY PARKED IF THERE IS SPACE ONCE EVERYONE IS IN

A huge amount of effort goes into making the event run as smoothly as possible. The hardest part being fitting everyone in. We do the registration this way for a reason, not just for the fun of it.

Folks that have genuinely forgotten won’t be offended or embarrassed I’m sure- they’ll probably welcome the gee up or reminder! Doesn’t seem fair for you to have to chase and worry about other’s feelings..
