Found these NGK PFR5R-11 4292 plugs for my C43AMG

http://www.ebay.de/itm/16-Zundkerze...896575552?pt=DE_Autoteile&hash=item19d1f37440

Are these the best for m113 engine, no other brand available with better plugs?
Is it better to use Iridium over Platinum plugs for my car or the other way round?

Electrode gap does it come measured correct from factory for m113 engine, just plug 'n' screw her? ;)

what does colder plugs do on a car or maybe it's only for highly tuned cars?

it's a cheap price of €107 euros + €17 for shipping for these 16 NGK's.

buy 'em or not?

They are correct plugs for c43. You don't have to gap them and you're right - colder plugs are usually used for tuned cars with higher temps in combustion chambers.

then colder plugs are not necessary for a standard c43 amg?

No not nnecessary. An OE recommended plug is sufficient
