Im not sure what you are asking..
Do you mean you want to know thier phone number ?

Comand Online Ltd :: Help zone :: Contact us

I had a COMAND NTG 2.5 retro fitted to my C class and I am 100% happy with the work they did and the proffesionalism of the company..

iPhone for music etc, blackberry to connect to the Internet and text messages!

When my wife got her car last year, the iPhone coudn't pair, their is a web page about this I'll find and post

The COMAND online function is currently sh!te. Dog slow! That probably makes it dog sh!te.
It is the only thing I am disappointed with in my S204.
It will work with most non-iPhones but I am told that the bottle neck is that all traffic has to via MB servers in Germany and that is the delay. If you can wait, which I did to test it then it is a great gadget, but is like being back on a dial up modem connection.......only slower!!!
Come on MB...sort it out!

Yes unfortunately it is really that bad. i have tried it with a couple of Nokia phones and my brothers samsung - all on different networks. it takes a bit of messing about with the settings but that's just unfamiliarity with the phones - that bit works fine - it's when you get the connection - that's when it's time to sit back and wait....

I would be interested to hear if anybody has any more positive experiences :dk:
