Before I'm told off for posting something that's been mentioned before "several times" but I'm slightly lost as I'm not even sure what volts/watts etc I need.

Passenger Headlight doesn't work, Low Beam. Had the Bulb replaced but no Joy. If I clear all faults with diagnostic, the Headlight works but as soon as the car is turned off then restarted I have no Headlight again.

I need to sort the problem out without using a dealer as I'm broke! What is the cheapest item to replace that "could" be the cause? I was thinking of replacing the wires and cap that connects to bulb as it is slightly blackened/maybe burnt! Could this be the cause of the problem?

Clk55 AMG 2004 model.

While I'm here I have bought a couple of inline Carbon Filters, I need to make the Air inlet a twin and connect x2 pipes for my filters, is there an easy T piece type connection that I can fit? And could I remove the element from the original Air meter and fit to the new T piece?

Thanks in advance.

Bit more info....

Xenon lights?
What was the fault codes you cleared?

Sorry, yep they are Zenons, I'm not sure of the fault code as it was done by a friend who has Mercedes tool. On the dash it just says low beam malfunction. I should be able to visit my friends workshop and check, write down the error code Sometime this week and re-post if it will help. I have a feeling it said something about an "open circuit"?
