Which bluetooth what exactly? Phone? Kit? PDA? SatNav?
If you need help, you will need to provide a lot more detail

If it is about BT telephony, I don't see why the three different BT options would not work: the BT SAP (with or without privacy handset) or the BT HF profile device:

You should consider it according to your phone preference too.

I want to use Bluetooth with any phone in the car. I know that you can get some device to fit into the cradle which makes this happen. Does anyone know what this is?

There is none. Even phones that support BT are not all 100% compatible

But the BT HF and the BT SAP devices are mentioned at the link on an earlier post at this thread.

BT HF would probably have better compatibility, BT SAP is supported by fewer phone models.
