Hi mate, good to have you with us last night :thumb:

Your SL is lovely. Looked great cruising along on the motorway.
I saw you approaching in the distance. Looked great

Regarding fluids etc, is probably consider having the main fluids changed for peace of mind. Especially as the car is new to you.

Transmission fluid
Engine oil and filter
Rear diff fluid
Brake fluid
Coolant

You have a supercharger too. I'm not sure if there are additional fluids or checks you could look at relating to the supercharger. Hopefully one of the other V8K guys will chime in and help you with that.

You might want to consider changing spark plugs too unless you can find out when thy were last changed.

Also worth inspecting the air filters too, to see how they look. The previous owner seems to have been an enthusiast so you may find it has performance filters in. Worth checking them out to see how they look.
If they look pretty clogged up, probably worth getting new ones.

K&N's or BMC filters are popular filters. Or you could just put in some new stock filters.

Pollen filter is another cheap renewal you could do too. It'll freshen up the air coming into the cabin through your vents.

Once you've made 30+ posts on the forum, you'll be able to send messages to other forum members. I will send you details of cleaning stuff then.

Hope to see you again.

For all you new guys that were with us last night, there is another event called Trax which is at silverstone. Alps on here is organising it. You can find the thread on Trax in the events section. Be good to have you there if you can make it.

The oil the supercharger runs on is not a serviceable item; however, depending on your car's past history + mileage. It might be worth considering an oil change...

There are a few on here with CLS's that would happily talk to you about headers & cats deletes.

Oooooh yessss!! I am definitely getting this done to my car... I'm feeling deprived not having my cls not sounding like those sl's. lol.
