Can anyone tell me how to get into my boot, please. I can hear a whirring as I press the key fob, but nothing happens. I've tried both the boot release button on the drivers door panel and the key blade. The key blade turns, but nothing happens and I don't want to force it.
Is there an emergency boot release inside the boot itself?
Will I have to change the lock mechanism?
Your advice and guidance will be much appreciated
