Just got back from my local Stealership (parts guy very unhelpful even though I had the part numbers  ) and I noticed they have the new BRABUS accessories brochures in stock.

Can post cost & part numbers if anyone requires?

How about some Offical BRABUS shiney pedals? a Steal - only £138. QB00081610

Or, get this some offical BRABUS Aluminium door pins for only £69!!! QB20381900

The brochure also features PowerXtra kits, eg E-CLASS +48hp gain (facelift only) for £1,364...

I think I will stick with eBay :bannana:

I hear the PowerXtra kits are only available for the new generation diesels?

I don't suppose either the C32 AMG or ML270 CDi are listed are they?

Nah, only the new shape ML280 CDI, nothing for the C-Class ether

Will MB ever learn about customer service

I took a brochure when I called in for some screenwash.

Anyone think that £300 for a set of floormats (NO TUNNEL AFAIK!) is a bit much? ;)

Nope - old diesels can use them as well. I enquiried - the D6 II kit is for the E320 CDI saloon with a straight six diesel. About 1500 quid I think.

Thanks. Brabus certainly do a chip for both ML270 and C32 models via Brabus dealers so I hoped MB dealers would too.

Brabus acc will be sold through the dealer network I was informed yesterday, it appears DC has made an investment in Brabus similar to when they started with AMG (they liked it so much they bought the firm).

My w211 220CDI is chipped with a D3 it not only gives me an improved bhp it also gives about 8 to 10 mpg increase, I have also mached this with Brabus upgraded springs and sway bars I also have 225's on the front and 265's on the rear with 18inch monoblock VI wheels it does cost however it now dives into the corners and is a match for most cars for fun even if it is a Diesel. Ok it costs but the way I look at it is that I want the performance and look that does not compromise my appreciation for Mercedes.

Cheers

Paul

Just to add clarity the 220cdi requires a D3, 270cdi is a D6 and the 320cdi requires a D9 all of these are compatible with the diesels in the ML's, Brabus do recommend that you do the conversion on Diesels when they are under 2 years which was about the time I did mine and I have never looked back..

Cheers

the reason why there is nothing listed in the "brab" brochure for the 'c' class is that we are awaiting the new 'c' class early next year

If I remember correctly I think they are not recommended for engines over 18 months old or with with over 30,000 miles.....not sure if I'm right on that one but thought i had read that somewhere. Also reduced the warranty to 60,000

Yes, thats what I was told by Brabus. My C270 is too old  and the kit for the 270 CDI was discontinued :(

Was this a rude parts person, or just lack of parts?
