Broke my bumper

Dammit... kerbed my front bumper today and it looks like I will need a new one.
I have found the part number from the russian site but I will also need one of the inner pannels for the wheel arch.
The site lists two numbers, one for the right hand side and one for the left obviously.
How do you determine which is left and which is right? i.e. is it as viewed from the front of the car or what?

Also, would this be a good time to fit an AMG front bumper? If so does anyone have the part number and a list of other bits needed?

Or any other replacement options?

Generally the lower number is the left side part.

Ie A2038200153/0154 0153 being the left one.

I've got a big pile of used standard bumpers if you get stuck finding one locally

Do let me know if you get a new one in though. 744 silver BTW in case they made any in a different colour.

As for the left/right issue I am not sure which I need as I don't know how they determine which side is which.
Basically I need the drivers side but is that left or right? Viewing it from the front it would be the left side but from the drivers seat it would be the right side.

I've got new ones, but they just come in primer, I'm going out now, but when I get back I'll find the part numbers for you.

Beware of the Russian site, not all the numbers are current and for RHD UK cars.
