C Class Delivery Time

Got an update when at the dealer yesterday that my car should arrive early.

Was due build on 13th March but yesterday it said the 5th March and already had a chassis number.

What is the likely wait to get my hands on it? Dealer said around 23rd March.

Hi, I ordered my W205 in December. Delivery times seem, to some extent, dependent upon specification. For example, I ordered Airmatic and the 360 camera options which caused delays. I've just received the following details from my dealer: "requested" production date 7th April, expected delivery at port 18th May and expected delivery date 29th May. Given the shipping time I guess it'll be built in South Africa whereas given your dealer's estimate yours is possibly being built in Germany. I've read that most C Classes for the UK market are now built in South Africa except for estates which come from the Bremen plant in Germany.

Ive got a 250 estate on order with Premium Plus pack, 19in wheels, inteligent lights, leather and ash wood trim.

I removed my 360 camera as after i ordered i was given an August delivery date.

Originally i had an E350 estate on order, but this got delayed then merc changed the spec an price. Plus with it due replacement shortly i swapped it for the C.

Hi. I was abit mift yesterday to find my order for a C220 Amg line premium plus has been delayed. I was given a delivery date for 1st week July after ordering on the 23rd of March (12 weeks) Now I've been told last week August adding another 8 weeks by which time I feel there will be a fair few on the road and won't be so exclusive.

The bonus I suppose if it bothers you it will be on a 65 plate but I'm not fussed I would have preferred the car to enjoy in summer.

Order my 350e 2 weeks ago. Got an email today saying estimated delivery is end of April 2016.

Hope the wait is worth it.
