Dear All,

Thanks for the replies and interest - went a bit 'off-piste' towards the end but useful.

Have decided to go for the 200 and have been offered a very generous deal on a (pre-facelift) car.

Not discounting the car of course (they are, after all Mercedes dealers) but some £3000 over book price on my old car and a comfort pack thown in after a bit of haggling!
