Has diesel been tinkered with the same as E10?

Winter diesel used to be a thing, and that (and temperature) affects consumption.

I don't think it has, certainly haven't seen anything about it being changed.

I've pumped the tyres up a bit more, put in a bottle of Wynn's cleaner and all I need now is a journey to give her a good run on

The fuel companies won’t advertise or put signs up when they adjust the additive package slightly as would be the case in winter.
