Now it dispalys
Visit Workshop Display Faulty ABS,BAS, ESP & also Engine light has started showing.
I have never seen that many messages in one go.
I have replaced the Bulb ,But still rest are present.

My speedometer needle has also stopped working.
Could somebody please help.
One thing which I noticed was that ABS light went itself today morning and also Speedometer starting working itself. But now all have started showing again. and speeds coming into emergency mode. all the lights are lit on the dashboard. speeds are automatic and included only two. PLEASE HELP ME: : Wallbash:Wallbash:

The speedo works off the speed sensors. I would imagine a failed speed sensor on the front or......
Give the brake wear light is on as well, one of the wheel looms is rubbing through

I know this might sound like a cop out answer, but with all those lights showing, often a battery fault is the root cause. When you've driven it and charged it a bit, sme warnign are clearing.
May be an idea to go to a GOOD autofactor and get them to "load" the battery for a battery test. I know halfords and kwik fit offer similar serviices, but I'm not confident with the technicians at my local branch.
Failing that, genuine merc batteries from the dealer are competatively priced and they offer free fitting for this model. This way they worry about radio-codes blowing up your SAM, etc etc rather than you.

I have copied and pasted my somewhat vague answer from your other post about this.

A buddy had something similar to this. It was the cluster as Steve says ^ Now if I remember rightly you can take the fuse out which controls the cluster and put it back in. This sort of resets everything. The fuse in question is in the drivers side of the dash board or trim a bit lower down. There are a few fuses here in a fuse box which is flush with its surroundings. Not a clue which fuse it is though you will have to get the old handbook out.

Sorry to be so vague I was only watching Ian Walker chase the fault down on his STAR.

In my buddy's case a new cluster was/is required. I think he is going to chop it soon and will let someone else sort that. Once the fuse was bobbed in and out the cluster worked OK but you could not re set the clock but everything else worked OK and no random warning lights came on.

It really needs a professional with a STAR machine to track the fault. Sorry I have no good news.
