Hi,sounds like the cluster could be faulty but you need to get the car hooked up on star diagnostics to get the fault code(s) read.

A buddy had something similar to this. It was the cluster as Steve says ^ Now if I remember rightly you can take the fuse out which controls the cluster and put it back in. This sort of resets everything. The fuse in question is in the drivers side of the dash board or trim a bit lower down. There are a few fuses here in a fuse box which is flush with its surroundings. Not a clue which fuse it is though you will have to get the old handbook out.

Sorry to be so vague I was only watching Ian Walker chase the fault down on his STAR.

In my buddy's case a new cluster was/is required. I think he is going to chop it soon and will let someone else sort that. Once the fuse was bobbed in and out the cluster worked OK but you could not re set the clock but everything else worked OK and no random warning lights came on.

It really needs a professional with a STAR machine to track the fault. Sorry I have no good news.

It will most likely be 1 fault causing everything

You need to get it on a star machine with a decent tech / Indy behind it to help trace fault.

A speed sensor fault would cause all of those faults. ABS , ESP & BAS are all linked, the cluster gets the speed reading from this & the engine warning will be in as it needs to know the speed also.
It could even be caused by water in electrics, we have had a lot of bad weather.
Check the rear wiring as mentioned above I have seen it rub through on the drive shaft if it comes out of the clip but not all 203 have rear pad wear sensor.
