C220 Torque converter

As the weather has got colder the car stalls when I select Drive or Reverse after the engine warns up there are no problems . Dealership says its a torque converter issue any comments please.

Try flushing the autobox and filling with fresh quality fluid before paying for a new torque converter.

It is a torque converter or lock up clutch problem.

Hi,
Had similar issues with my C43 that was "temporarily" resolved with a fluid and filter change but only lasted about 6-8000 miles, torque convertor replacement solved the issues permanately.
