C220k front door rear speaker grill replace??

Hi there, new to this forum and new owner of immaculate c220k coupe 2001
Perfect except the speaker grill which is broken. Got new one from dealer only £12 but can't see how to fit. Has anyone else done same? Looks like door card has to come off? Airbag inside though!
Any advice gratefully received...

Door card does indeed have to come off. You may need a lighter handy if its the same as the CLK as you will need to heat the rubbery stuff (tech term) that holds the grille in place to remove it. Check this youtube guide out to help you Mercedes w203 door panel removal - YouTube
