C240 V6 ATF, oil spec.

I have a 2002 model C240 V6 auto. Can anyone tell what spec of ATF and make to fill with, and the cheapest place to buy. I am going to change the oil at the weekend. (I have already purchased the dipstick filler cover and pin from MB Inchcape)

Use the proper MB ATF. p/n A001 989 210 310.

It's made specifically for that gearbox.

Quantity depends on whether you have a torque converter drain plug.
Yes= 7.5L
No = 4.5L

Diesel man, forgot to add, do you know he gearbox model number for the 2.6 ?....722 something ??
