Same question here. I don't understand the principle behind them and would love to know who has them fitted and what performance gains they have had and at what cost?

Well guys,i don`t know who made them but if they`d fit my car i would snap them straight.The kleemann headers give you 40+ hp and around 50 torque

I don't see it either. Back in the day I swapped the factory cast exhaust manifold for a tube-type one on an XR2 and the difference was noticeable but the standard Mercedes one looks pretty good to start with. If you could get another 25bhp by using a simple manifold wouldn't Mercedes factory fit them?

No make mentioned so how can you search to find anything to back up his claims. What would 20hp (6%) gain anyway in terms of performance.

Take care. Some of the big branded headers are for LHD only.

IIRC the Kleemann manifolds can be adapted but not a straight fit.
