C32 loses drive when kicked down

I have been to see a C32 today but am a bit dubious...it seems to drive well under 'normal' conditions, but when kicked down hard it loses drive - just free-wheels. If you stop, it will simply drive again as if nothing had happened. I am concerned that this might be a nasty fault, but suspect that it could be more innocent. Does this mean anything to you?

If I were you Id walk away - any mechanical work associated with the word AMG can mean megabucks (Unless you are getting the car dirt cheap)

Edit: it may be low fluid level or something relatively simple like that, but why take risk? A new box will cost thousands.
