I Loewe Old Skool AMG
I was thinking of replacing my dual airfilters on my C43 next year when I'm going to service my car.
I know that OEM filters are longlife 80.000km according to MB specifications.
These nasty buggers filled with lots of gunk and crap for being 80.000km old, are expensive to buy.

My thoughts about aftermarket airfilters?
Which ones are the best, or is one better than the other between both brands below?
I was thinking of MAHLE and MANN filters.
I only use MAHLE oilfilters in my car, so are the airfilters as good as the oilfilters?
I don't want to put any sportfilters that screws up my airmas sensor, I only want HQ aftermarket filters!

If using best quality aftermarket airfilters as both brands above, for how long are the service intervalls when I have to replace these filters next time, are hese aftermarket filters less in longevity vs OEM filters when it comes to longlife performance?
Thanx

Is BMC a British brand?
Are they known for being HQ filters on performance cars?

I know there's another brand, I think it was Green cotton filters, but I don't know if they are washable sportsfilters that needs oiling after?

The last filter I bought from MB for my 300CE was a Mann filter. Seems fine.
