Due mid september deposit of 20k paid by me buyer pays me 20k then takes over the order selling at list price of 101270k with the options i specified

if original buyer wants out, MB looks like it doesn't have other customers, so original customer trying make sure he doesn't lose his £20k deposit.

If this doesn't offer any incentive over just going to Mercedes, ordering and buying one yourself with your own options etc. - surely it needs to be better value to yield interest?

I suspect that's what's needed if he wants to recover part of his £20k ..
