The ABS has failed on our 2007 Transporter 1.9 (104PS) and it seems a common problem. Apparently a sensor in the pump fails and burns out the ECU. Not got the van with me but Google suggests the part numbers are:

Pump: 7HO 614 117
ECU: 7HO 907 379P

I've checked the ECP website to price up replacement parts but I can't find them - can you help please?

Other suggestions for sourcing a replacement welcome. Submitted a query to BBA reman. ABS, ecu's, throttle bodies, air mass meters, and catalytic converters too as they list the part but no pricing.

Pat thanks for your PMs. Excellent service - thank you.

We've found a place who can supply a remanufactured one, so hopefully will be sorted soon.
