Aaaaaaaaarggh !!!!

New mats arrived today, custom jobbies , deep deep black pile, with white trim to match the car (very bling) !!

Look good, sadly they don't fit the car , i reckon he has sent me mats made for a C class, not a CE. Their not even slightly wrong, they are totally the wrong thing.

I'm so p****ed off i could kill this guy, been waiting ages for them too , girlfriend arrives home at lunch and sends me text message 'Mats are here !!', i'm all excited, bust out of work 45 mins early to get home and them in the car, and they DON'T BLOODY FIT!!!

Right, rant over, i'm off to sort this out !

A mate gave me this guys email address , who he had used. Don't know if hes an ebay trader ??

The mats are good quality - just wrong car !!

I've just sent them back today (along with templates for my existing mats that the monkey can work from ).

They cost me £38.50, i think they are worth it, and i'm quite fussy !

I don't know if they would have been any good for you anyway as the edges are bound in white and the heel pad surround in white to match the white pimpmobile i am fortunate enough to own (see gallery)

I have got some piccys though, if you PM me your email address i will send them over as i still havent worked out how to post pictures on here !!

The guy seems quite flexible, can do more or less any colour combination apparently, but i don't want to give out his name etc until i get my finished mats back as i really don't want to put my name to anything unless it is top notch.... will keep you posted though.

So where can I get some really really good quality, deep pile carpet black front mats from my sl (129), preferably with AMG logo on?
I had a really good trawl around the web yesterday and found a couple of US based companies, but absolutely nothing in the UK, other than for the likes of Max Power readers....i.e. flourescent pink/green/yellow with GTi logo or similar!!

I have just got (yesterday) a set of AMG mats for my W210 just under £70 +vat from the $tealer genuine parts. Not a bad price I thought.
