Caught on Camera

One of my neighbours drew a smiley face on his flat roof dormer purely for when the satellites pass over

I think you are one of the lucky ones!
I do use street view to research a new place that I have to go to. That's when it's handy to have an idea of the place prior to arrival.
I have no problem with the house being there on view, but how and why do they always manage to catch me in front of it?
Me too.....I often get asked to deliver caravans to places with just about impossible access.....nice to see the place and work out the best direction of approach.....before I get stuck reversing an 8ft wide 26ft long twin axle van through a 9 ft gate on a narrow lane and block the whole road!!

My place was last streetviewed in September 2022 - but then it's a London postcode.

My house hasn't been "street viewed" since March 2009. Long overdue a visit.
By comparison, my previous house (which is only 200 - 300m away) was "street viewed" in July 2013:dk:
Edit. Typo previous house was streetviewed in July 2023

I'd not checked Street View for a while and found we'd also been 'done' in July. No signs of life from the road though apart from this chap :D
