CD Changer - disc selection

Hi, When I leave the car and then return for another trip the CD changer does not continue from the same CD track, instead it starts on another CD (like random), is this normal?

CD mix is not selected in the settings.

Mine carries on from exactly where it was when I swithced it off.
Even if I switch to the radio then back to CD days later it still goes back to where it was even mid track.
