changing Wiper blade on w124

please help. i changed the blade on the benz and i lifted the arm and "click" the arm is locked up. How do i return it to normal?

Yes it can be scarry when they stick, a litle lubricant on the hinge part would do no harm,
Give it a push from the bottom and it will go down
