Cheaper Dealer parts

Does anyone on here know where it is possible to get cheaper dealer parts?

I remember seeing a thread a little while ago of a guy name Rick I think but i cant find it anymore.

Any help would be greatly appreciate, i'm lookin for a CD changer to install in my car.
