It says 100...and thats it. Could be a typo, could be deliberate to hide its true mileage and get people ringing.... Or like you say could be 100k, in which case that would be low mileage for the asking price....

I am genuinely interested in it but I'm 130 miles away! I have asked the seller and it does have history but no tax. Could someone help answer the following questions:

What are the things to look out for on these cars?
What would be a suitable offer?
Anyone that has one thes cars care to comment?
I know it will be low, but what sort of mpg should I expect?

The steering wheel has a cover over it, presumably to hide the wear on the white leather inserts. No mention of service history, wheels need refurbing too and may have had a quick blow over to hide the dreaded rusty arches etc but a huge amount of car for very little money.

2 grand is cheap and with looking after there's another 100k miles in that. Couple of things worth checking tho, make sure the cats arn't rattling like stones in a tin can, new AMG ones are as much as the car is selling for, check the shell for rust especially the front sub frame and check that the front suspension which connects to the front sub frame isnt all waggling about. It's had got 10 months MOT on it so shouldn't be too bad.
