this is the pre-facelift version isn't it? would this have the 4speed box?

That has been for sale for as long as I can remember - 2 years at least. Didn't sell on eBay either.

certainly pretty cheap! Stats is right - I think its been on ********** for at least 18 months. First up it was around £29,995 IIRC. Potential bargain at current price though

Ok so it's an earlier model and may not be everyone's favourite colour for an MB (let alone an SL), but surely that is getting cheap now?

I wonder what the history is behind it, are there any problem areas?

If it drop's much lower it'll surely be cheap for a 1995 R129, let alone an SL60!
