This was the new one wrapped in film to protect it while one fits it. Mask both ends so that you know where to fit the new one!! Dental floss needed (lots) to remove old trim. Trim removed, now remove glue. I kind of rolled it up! Autoglym intensive tar remover to remove residue. Red is the backing tape and the clear protects the front of the trim. All done! Sorry for the dreadful photography, done one handed on my phone in strong sunlight!!
