I've got a PDF copy of the US manual from 2002. You can always buy/order a paper copy from your dealer, should not be expensive.

Would it be possible to email it? as I have changed my battery on my keyless card and it won't work. So am hoping there is a way to reprogram it.

Sure, the problem is I would need an email address and if I remember right, you have to reach 30 post before private mail works either way. You may not want to post your email address here.
