CL 600 code PO312, misfiring cylinder 12

spark plugs have changed, is it possible that ignition coil packet is broken? or is there only bad connection between sparkplug and coil? Car is MB CL600 year 2001

You must also change the cap ends when changing the plugs on a V12 like yours.
