Hi, I'm taking my sh*tbox W219 to a workshop tomorrow to discuss options on my exhaust setup. I looked up changing the OEM CLS 55 mufflers to W204 C63 ones but couldn't find them anywhere so I'm just going with a secondary cat delete (cheaper as well). I am thinking if should I go with 4x 2.5' clamps or have the job done by welding. I know welding will have 99% success rate (unless they do a sh*tty welding job) in holding the exhaust setup together while clamps might get loose within a few weeks/months. Clamps then again are easier to install because if I was to get tired of the loud exhaust I can simply but the pollution magic machines back there - no welding needed.

Has anyone had any experience in this matter or could you tell me what should I do? ¯\_( ͡❛ ͜ʖ ͡❛)_/¯
Thank in advance!

Mine were welded. Fit and forget.
