Classic 500sl NEW INTERIOR

I've been restoring my classic Merc. I have installed new Recaros, AMG alloy pedals, Momo steering, new 100% wool carpet! Along with a MAD ice install and some supoer wheels the car is looking lethal! Still needs a bit of finishing off.

Besides i don't think i could sell the car. It would break my heart!
Its not about the money, its about the hours of hard work (about 70-80) to make the car into what you see! The car has only got 77k on the clock and is in pristine condition inside/out.

Where did you source the seats from and how much if you dont mind me asking?I ask cus some years ago (over 10 years more like) I priced up similar recaros from a place called Demon tweeks.I think they retailed about £1200 -£1300 each brand new back then.

They were purchased from Germany through ebay. The pair set me back about £800 but are used but in mint condition with no sign of wear on the leather. They have the lumbar air pump support + are heated and electrically adjustable. My front seats needed a retrim and i was quoted a figure of £650. Also the springs needed changing on the seats so it was going to cost £££££.
