I would just like to add that I have been a customer of CLCM for over a year now and been there a few times to sort thing's out and get alignment done.

I have always dealt with Willi and he's been amazing at what he does and his service was always more than you could ask for.

Today I went to get my wheels swapped round so they basically had to take all the tyre's off my current wheel's and refit them on the new wheels along with balancing.

From my experiance today service was very good and they were very helpful. I was there for a while and didn't feel there was anything different than normal except the new staff, I was treated as a valued customer and left feeling happy with teh work carried out.

Could have been a one off perhaps or there may be another issue with the car.

Just thought I'd give my experiance.

As you Willi always did a great job with me too. This time was not the same.
Chris was really good, but I didn't like the others.
I was told by the new staff that Willi was now only do "book work" but I never saw him in the 3 times he was there. Then I guess he just sell it out.
