CLK 208 430 noise from abs block

Hi, i know its hard to diagnose noise in an e mail, clk 430 208, the motor on the abs manifold, front passenger side, seems to vibrate upon start up and will go off it you tap with hammer and sometimes on its own after 15 20 seconds.
remember seeing a post about bad relay and just swop out for the blower relay, where are the relays under the fuses or under the cover, you have to take screws out?
which one one black and three yellow ones.

Any ideas besides remove manifold block and fit a new one, 2500miles from home.

Nobody had this noise, does it everytime you start the car then goes off until car is restarted again, must be motor on the manifold block.
Is it a hard job, easy change, MB do replacement? or mega price anyone.

Any comments not rude would be appreciated.
