Clk 430

Just got a call from Dad, he's collecting his CLK 430 that i mentioned in an earlier thread on Wednesday.....

Dark metallic blue, black leather, all the goodies..... 19" BBS wheels with a spare set of 18"s , 30k miles, 4.3 V8 2000/2001

Bargained the guy down to (drumroll......... 15 grand !!!!)

Even better, hes putting me on the insurance!!!!

Once hes got it i'll get some piccys and post them up !!!

Yeah .... he phoned me today while he was test driving it, saying he had pulled out of a junction turning right and hadn't noticed a car coming along, he put his foot down ..... and was heard to exclaim 'F***ing Hell' by my mum as the car picked up its skirt and took off !!

Its a bit of a change from his runaround that he has at the moment (C reg w124 300te estate - one of the very first 180k on it)

He's looking to get rid of the estate, its just had 2 grands worth of work done on it and has every extra in the book on it, inc switchable horns!! it was owned by Mclaren before us as a runaround, we have owned it for the last 12 years. Its always been very well looked after and has virtually no rust just big miles.

Question is - whats it worth ?
